The first requirement of filing a complaint about our services or objecting any part of this website is to send a written communication. As a response to your contact, we would send you an acknowledgement letter within five working days after receiving your complaint.

Your concerns would be considered on priority and fully investigated. A detailed response would also be issued within eight weeks after receiving your complaint.

In the meanwhile we process your complaint if you have any other concerns you can also contact our customer care department at info@pumaloans.co.uk.

In an event you do not receive any response from our side in eight weeks from the date of submitting your complaint, or if you are not satisfied with our final decision letter then you can refer your complaint and the complete matter directly to the FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service).

If you refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service it must be done as soon as you receive our final decision on your complaint and within six months. Then FOS has the discretion to either review your complaint outside of this time period or not.
